RESIDENCE PERMIT

Every non EU  residence need a residence permit to stay in Hungary over 90 days.

The residence permit applciation has to be submitted with the proper documentations and at the proper way.

   

 

    The residence permit must be submitted at the Hungarian Consulates. In certain countries the visa application procces area outsourced to a third party company like VFS GLOBAL or AS VISA. In these cases the applicant has to submit their application at the VFS GLOBAL or at AS VISA office and after the submission he has to go to an interview to the Hungarian Consulate.

The citizens from a visa free country can submit their applications fro Hungary at the costumer service of the immigration Authority.

   1. THE APPLICATION FORM WITH THE PROPER ANNEX

The most common purposes of residence permit applications in Hungary:

• Continuation of business activity

 2. PROOF OF LIVELIHOOD IN HUNGARY

 

The applicant has to prove his finances. Every residence permit applican has to have enough income or saving to live in Hungary.  The authorities will not accept that you will look for work in Hungary!

3. PROOF OF ACCOMMODATION IN HUNGARY

 ​

    The applicant must prove that they will have a place to live in Hungary.

​

4. PROOF OF HEALTHCARE COVERAGE

 ​

   In every application,must b everified that the applicant's health care will be fully covered in Hungary. This can also be proven by presenting insurance. There is no need for a separate insurance with a workpermit. Every worker will be insured by the CompulsoryHungarian Health Insurance

5. CONFIRMATION OF THE EXIT FROM HUNGARY.

The applicant must prove that he can and will leave the country after the end of his stay in Hungary.
