REPORTING THE EMPLOYMENT OF A FOREIGNER

It is dificult for the companies to find Hungarian workers in certain area. More and more Hungarian companies hire foreing workers. But the legal steps to hire a non EU employee are difficult.

The Authorities will reject applications that are not duly submitted. Rejected employment applications must be resubmitted.

   The employer which employs a foreign worker without a permit, he risks a serious fine. A foreign worker  without a workpermit can even be expelled from the country.
