Consider the following case: A US-citizen discovers she has significantly overstayed her Schengen-Visa upon leaving the Schengenzone after 10months or so of living there (Austria). She does not want to wait out the mandatory 180day period before applying for a new VISA. Instead, she want to go to Hungary there, invest by buying a location for a restaurant or bar, and do business there. Is there a way for her to get a business VISA granted exclusively for Hungary or any other alternatives for her? Or is the 180days outside Schengen the only viable way here? Thanks in advance! Consider this case: A US-citizan has overstayed her SCHENGEN-VISA in Austria. She realized when she travelled outside the Schengenzone. She does not want to wait 180 days but she wants to return to Schengen much sooner, to Hungary, to invest into a business there, like a opening a bar or restaurant. Is there a way to get a business or special VISA granted exclusively for Hungary or any other alternatives to waiting out mandatory 180 day period?

I am a UK citizen. My registered partner, of 5 years, she is Hungarian. We've been together for 16 years. Before Brexit, we used to come and go to Hungary. Since Brexit (we've both turned 60), we would like to spend more time with my partner's elderly Mother (she's 90) in Hungary more than the 90/180 day rule allows. Is there a solution for staying longer in our case i.e. can I get some kind of visa/residence card to allow me to stay for longer periods? Thanks.
