STUDENT VISA

Every Non-Eu Citizen needs a Student Visa if he or she wants to study in Hungary.  

 

CERTIFICATE OF ADMISSION

 

  To obtain a Student  Visa ("Residence Permit for the Purpose of Studies"), you need a "Certificate of Admission" from a registered Hungarian educational institute.It is impossible to apply for Student Visa for seeking a University.

 

  All the different Universities and Colleges have the on requirements of the admission. Please contact them directly for the conditions.

MANDATORY ATTACHMENTS

 

 

  Besides the "Certificate of Admission," it is compulsory to attach the followings:

 

• Proof of the  existence of the accommodation in Hungary

• Proof of the means of the living cost

• Documents of the comprehensive health insurance

• Proof of the exit after the  studies

 

    Except as provided for by law, an application for a residence permit may be submitted to any consulate officer of Hungary, or at any other place authorized to accept applications for residence permit located in the country where the applicant’s permanent or temporary residence is located, or in the country of the applicant’s nationality.
