I have acquired a Master’s degree from Institute for the Study of Civilizations, Aga khan University (ISMC) London, U.K. Having received my schooling in Canada, I am currently working as the Rector/Director at Ali Institute of Education. I have also served as a Registrar (In charge of Marketing and Student Recruitment/Affairs) with an additional charge of Head of Quality Enhancement Cell for three years. Previously I was employed as the Head of Centre for Career Counseling and Job Placement at Lahore College for Women University. As part of the organization's executive top management, I have served as the Secretary Board of Governors, Ex-Officio Member of the Finance and Planning Committee, Secretary Selection Committee/Heading HR functions, Senior Management Committee, Academic Council, Endowment Fund Committee for strategic planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation across the institution. I have also worked as an advisor to the Secretary Higher Education Government of Punjab, with the Higher Education Department, in order to set up Career Counseling Office at various Public Sector colleges. Further I am a Certified Trainer of ILO (UN) on Entrepreneurship (International Training Centre of ILO Turin), Certified Trainer of Active Citizens Program (British Council and Citizenship Foundation, UK) as well as a National Ambassador for Internationalization-- UK Inward Mission Program (British Council).
