Hi Everyone! Currently I'm disscussing the possibility to relocate to Hungary with my Employer. According to their Mobility Policy, they support family relocation, and give the employee a work permit, and the family residence permit only. My spouse is self-employed, he doesn’t have employment contract with the company (EU) he works for, only framework agreement, so they're his client. Is it possible for him to be self-employed in Hungary with family residence permit? Are there any conditions or restrictions? If not, which kind of permit he needs to get and should he do it after family residence permit or instead of?
