7.6 years of total experience in Application/Technical Support environment with a strong background in Oracle plsql development

Experience in requirement analysis, coding, implementation, configuration and testing various modules in a Software development life cycle (SDLC)

Responsible for providing support in L2 and L3 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet Client’s SLA and Involve 24/7 support process to fixing the production issues

Experience in E2E Telco order provisioning system and able to handle the product independently.

Experience in change requests implementation which includes code uplift, production catalogue uplift, configuration uplift, DB refresh and Sanity check

Experience in Infinys/Geneva, CRM(Xelerate)and RBM billing suite in Telecom domain

Experience in Mediation, Rating and Billing and Collection Manager in Telecom Domain for both Prepaid and Postpaid

Experience in Data Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Data Provisioning, Data Management

Experience in writing complex SQL Queries using Aggregate Function, Joins, View and Sub queries

Strong Skills in Oracle including SQL, PL/SQL (Packages, Functions, Stored Procedures, Database Triggers, Views, Cursors and Indexes)

Experience in SQL Loader, External Table and XML Sequence
